2. Sample Confirmation: Based on the communication results, our color research and development team will mix colorants and make small device shell samples (using the same materials and processes as the actual device). Pictures of the samples will be sent to you via email for your confirmation on whether they meet the requirements. If there are adjustments, you can feedback the specific modification directions, and we will re-adjust the colorant formula and process parameters until you are satisfied.
3. Mass Production: After the color is confirmed, we will strictly follow the confirmed colorant ratio and spraying/injection molding process to color the shells of the mass-produced devices during the equipment production process. Multiple color inspection procedures will be set up during the production process, and professional equipment such as colorimeters will be used to monitor the color consistency of each batch of products, ensuring that the color of the finally delivered laser magnetic therapy devices is accurate and uniform, consistent with the color effect you confirmed.

Scheme Design: Our industrial design team will design the specific presentation scheme of the logo on the device in combination with the device’s appearance structure, size, and the customization form you choose (such as silk screen printing, laser engraving, etc.). The scheme will be displayed in the form of renderings and layout drawings, marking the specific position, size, process description, and other contents of the logo. At the same time, the coordination between the logo and the overall design style of the device will be considered. 3. Effect Confirmation: After the design scheme is completed, we will show you 3D models or high-definition renderings via email, allowing you to intuitively understand the effect of the logo customization.
